Built and connected the business’s website, meal-builder ordering experience, CRM, operations dashboard, automations and Conversation AI, together supporting more than 1,000 daily enquiries across the website and Facebook.

Ordering, sales and kitchen work depended on manual handoffs between admin and kitchen staff. Connecting those workflows brought customer requests, order flow and internal coordination into one clearer process with less repetitive work, and the system’s reporting helped resolve a sales discrepancy.

Used Ivorey to build funnels, CRM journeys, email nurture workflows, appointment flows, payments and customer follow-up for Australian clients, and kept those funnels, CRM setups and automations up to date as campaigns and business needs changed.

Without that structure, enquiries, emails, bookings and payments could sit in separate steps that each needed manual handling. Connecting landing pages, forms, email sequences, bookings, payments and automated delivery gave clients one path from first enquiry to purchase and made new offers easier to launch.

Built and maintained the company website and connected its enquiry forms directly to the CRM, then automated lead capture, follow-ups and internal admin workflows around it.

New enquiries needed to reach the CRM reliably, and repetitive admin work needed to be reduced. The setup kept enquiries organised in one place and cut routine administrative steps, giving the business a clearer process for handling new leads.

Managed Shopify products, collections and storefront content for a store selling personalised children’s books, and used generative AI to create, edit and improve the books’ illustrations.

Personalised orders meant frequent product and content updates and illustrations that had to stay consistent. Handling the day-to-day store updates and running QA across generated books and customer orders helped keep the creative output consistent and the e-commerce work organised.

Worked on complete GoHighLevel implementations for client businesses: websites, funnels, CRM pipelines, workflows, forms, calendars, payments, communities and email marketing, plus Conversation AI, Voice AI, webhooks, private integrations, custom fields and values, and external integrations. I also tested and troubleshot workflow triggers and AI automations so each process ran as intended.

Many of these businesses ran their customer journeys across disconnected tools and manual steps, with leads tracked by hand and data copied between systems. Connecting lead capture, communication, bookings, automation and internal operations in GoHighLevel gave them systems that were easier to manage, with less manual data handling.

Supported the company’s real estate media operations: managing digital job workflows, project statuses and client deliverables through its systems, Monday.com and connected applications, and checking real estate photography and digital assets in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop before final delivery.

Each job moves through several stages before it reaches the client, and missing or incorrect assets have to be caught before delivery. QC and delivery checks, project coordination, social media engagement and follow-ups helped the team keep jobs moving and catch problems before deliverables went out.
